In sportsbasics you will find exercises that suit the needs of each of your patients. You can edit the ready-made exercise programs and tailor them to each patient. Send a link to your patients where your specially selected exercises are ready for the patient's home training.
You can choose between 100 exercises for training the Feet & Legs, 200 exercises for training the Abdomal & Back, 100 exercises for training of the upper part of body & arms as well as 60 exercises for the whole body and in addition a multitude of training programs that contain exercises that are relevant for 15 specific sports
There are five levels of difficulty in most of the excercises: from A to E, where A is the easiest. This means you can easily find a level of physical challenge that suits your patient.
You can save all the exercises or training programs you have created per patient and follow the progress closely and adjust continuously so that you can achieve progress together. You can also go back and see what worked and create new workouts.
All excercises and programs are available as small video clips with accompanying instructions, and can be viewed on a large screen, PC, iPad, Tablet or Smartphone.
Here you can find different suggestions for warmn-ups so the training gets more varied and all-round. You can also vary with different exercises for the same muscle group so the workout feels more motivating.
